ALEX LOWER divides his time between Brighton, UK and Cape Town, South Africa.

He tends to work where things are complicated - where systems, people and ideas stop lining up, and where clarity is needed. His role is often to understand what is really going on, simplify the situation and help people move forward.

ALEX LOWER previously co-founded and led the UK connectivity business 01T, where he spent more than a decade building and scaling the company before exiting in 2023. Along the way he developed a reputation for navigating technical, operational and organisational complexity, and for working comfortably with everyone from engineers and operators to founders, boards and investors.

Today he focuses on a small portfolio of ventures and projects across hospitality, property and connectivity, while occasionally supporting founders and investors facing difficult or complicated situations.

The intention is simple: do fewer things, more deliberately, and leave space for design, culture, health, curiosity and a life that feels properly lived.
